Our Process

Our process is not very efficient but is the purists way to extract maximum flavour.

Creating a richer, deeper, more complex taste, naturally.

Do you like a full bodied Bloody Mary where the taste hits you like a smack in the face? Us too! Peat infusion creates a "love it or hate it" taste, but there is no denying it creates a deeper, richer and more complex drink. As a group of avid Bloody Mary drinkers, we were searching for something to give it that extra kick.

After many experiments, we landed on something very unique. After selecting fresh, seasonal tomatoes, these are cold infused for 16 hours over peat grown on the Scottish island of Islay. The islands environment imparts notes of tangy saltiness from the Atlantic Sea which surrounds it. The perfect pairing.

Handcrafted in Scotland by less than 12 people.
